Cold Forming/Stamping
Galion LLC specializes in the manufacturing of standard precision cold headed parts, complete per customer specifications. Cold headed parts are created by “cold forming” which is a manufacturing process by which wire is fed into a cold heading machine, cut to a pre-determined length, then auto transferred through a series of forming dies to achieve the final print results.
CNC – Precision Turning
Galion LLC CNC Department offers several benefits from holding tighter tolerances, reduction in tooling costs, faster turnaround times from cad drawing to first piece inspection, all with very high repeatable and extremely accurate results.

EDM Wire Cutting
Galion LLC EDM Wire Cutting department offers internal capabilities of producing our own tooling in-house. This allows reduced lead times for production tooling to meet our customer’s needs. Our EDM Wire equipment has the capability of producing Carbide and HSS tooling to .0001” tolerances.
