Galion Operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the following types of processes: Multi Spindle Machining, CNC Machining, Cold Head Extrusion and Forming, Centerless Grinding, Eddy Current, Zinc Phosphate Coating, and Painting.
Galion has Level 1 and Level 2 technicians on staff that are qualified and certified per ASNT SNT-TC-1A in Eddy Current Methodology. Galion uses state of the art equipment and has the capability to perform 100% high speed inspection of projectiles and components for metal discontinuity.
