Galion’s strength lies within its manufacturing capabilities. Galion is the only location in North Central Ohio where you will find the ability to turn metal, centerless grind, chuck parts, wash, phosphate, and paint under one roof.

Galion invested over a million dollars in a new state-of-the art, climate controlled, paint area in 2010. This climate controlled area allows Galion to paint and label parts in an ideal environment.

Galion’s business model of vertical integration allows for minimizing in-process logistics costs and maintaining world class quality; unlike the majority of today’s manufacturing facilities that outsource various parts of their processes in an effort to minimize cost and create “on-paper” cost of quality and logistics savings, but instead produce poor quality and company instability.

Galion also staffs and equips a full service tool and die room with state-of-the-art equipment that allows them to cut lead and repair time. Tools include:
